As a Leader – Project Management you will be responsible for successful deployment and execution of the Bert Lab’s projects at the Client’s Locations (Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Factories in different industries/domains such as Pharmaceutical companies, Automobile Paint Shops, FMCG companies, Chemical, Cement, etc)

Responsible for leading team of Project Managers who are responsible for Installation, Commissioning, Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Bert Projects at Client’s site

Being the single point of contact from Bert Labs to the client representatives

Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions

Monitor and Analyses project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects

Will ensure the timelines are met for each project execution

Responsible for executing product training to Bert’s clients

Responsibilities

Lead, Develops and manages Company’s overall approach to data security and information protection

Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy

Design’s security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

Defines, implements, and maintains corporate security policies

Leads on the identification of data security and information protection risks across the organisation and works with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans, escalating issues as appropriate

Acts as a subject matter expert on data security for projects looking to implement new tools, products, or processes

Leads and facilitates organisational training and communications around data security and information protection issues

Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.

Maintains data and monitor security access

Manage cloud Security and security technology tools

Implement, test and operate advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture

Perform on-going security testing and code review to improve software security of Bert Platform Solution

Provide engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities

Conducts periodic network scans to find any vulnerability

Other duties commensurate with the post as required.

Requirements and Skills

12+ years of experience in information security/cyber security

Proven work experience as an Information Security Leader

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business leaders (CEO)

Advance knowledge of programming language – C and C++

Ability to lead and motivate cross functional, inter-disciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Knowledge of Information Technology security issues and approaches to manage Information Technology security.

Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation

Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of: Window OS, Windows Server, O365, Azure, AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Networking, Firewalls, Routers, VMware, Enterprise AV, Cyber Security, Encryption, Cisco Meraki, DMARC, Endpoint Management

Ability to create scripts in Python or other script to automate all security requirement.

At least one recognized security certification:
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

CompTIA Security+

Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
