As a Leader – Project Management you will be responsible for successful deployment and execution of the Bert Lab’s projects at the Client’s Locations (Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Factories in different industries/domains such as Pharmaceutical companies, Automobile Paint Shops, FMCG companies, Chemical, Cement, etc)

Responsible for leading team of Project Managers who are responsible for Installation, Commissioning, Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Bert Projects at Client’s site

Being the single point of contact from Bert Labs to the client representatives

Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions

Monitor and Analyses project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects

Will ensure the timelines are met for each project execution

Responsible for executing product training to Bert’s clients

Responsibilities

12-15 years’ experience as a Project leader for IoT/Industrial Automation/ Smart Building/Industry 4.0 Projects

Hands on experience in configuring/ designing solutions for Process Control Domain

Key skills involve design of control system deployments, configuring control networks , design of security within the control system layers and interfacing standards

Excellent working knowledge of SCADA , OPC (UA, DA,HAD), including functional and technical features as well as limitations of the products

Working knowledge of one or more market standards such as OPC UA , OPC DA and integrations with control systems (DCS/PLC)

Good working knowledge in application of 2-D for developing conceptual designs and production design deliverables of complex plants. Guiding modelers /drafters and team for best piping layout design as per industry norms

Capable in Technical Discussion with client & project execution, review of construction drawings, Technical Specification, Technical Recommendation, Quality Assurance Plan & Mechanical deliverables

Understanding of or experience using AutoCAD, Revit and other 3D design tools & review software like NavisWorks etc.

Desirable to also have good understanding of Analytics, Machine Learning as well as IoT and IioT

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Experienced virtual team worker with ability to work across time, geographical, and cultural boundaries

Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

Knowledge in Project Planning & Management, budgeting, Scheduling & Risk Management

Knowledgeable of electrical and controls engineering theories and principles

Significant electrical aptitude and knowledge of acceptable practices, techniques, and codes

Ability to deal with experienced, multidisciplinary, technical specialists

Rigorous, thorough and with an eye for detail

Skills in MS Office suite and MS Projects
