BESTIU invites applications for the post of Accounts Manager. The incumbent will hold functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grant administration.

Responsibilities:

· Day to day accounting,

· Vendor management,

· Books keeping,

· Accounts Receivables and payables,

· Taxation and compliances,

· Assets Management

· Finalisation of Accounts

· Coordinating all Audit Activity

· Preparing of monthly Salary and Calculation of Income Tax of concerned employees

· Disbursement of payment –guest faculty/event/celebration/Travel allowance etc.

· Preparing Staff ESI /PF details and maintaining the accounts.

· Assisting leadership in Annual budgeting and Planning Process

· Presenting Financial Reports and statements to CFAO and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status

Qualifications:

· 3 years minimum operational experience as a Accounts Manager

· Minimum 4 years of experience in total accounting

· Background on benefits planning and approval, staffing compensation decision, and annual performance review.

· Highly experienced in processing of Statutory compliance- (PF, ESIC and professional Tax), Filing returns and TDS compliances
