Role Description-

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & Director to join our leadership team in Pune. 

This pivotal role requires an experienced business leader with a passion for the agriculture domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving businesses, a readiness to infuse funds, and a commitment to growing BestAgro to its IPO and beyond. This is a long-term partnership opportunity with the security of invested funds.

 Key Responsibilities-

• Strategic Leadership- Provide strategic direction and vision to drive the growth and success of BestAgro.
• Investment Infusion- Infuse necessary funds into the business and ensure the security of the invested amount.
• Business Development- Develop and implement business strategies to expand our market presence and enhance service offerings.
• Operational Management– Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
• Team Leadership- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and investors, to build strong relationships and partnerships.
• Financial Oversight- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Agriculture Domain Expertise – Leverage knowledge and experience in the agriculture sector to drive initiatives that align with our mission and goals.
• Long-term Commitment- Demonstrate a commitment to serve the company until its IPO and beyond, ensuring continuous growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience– Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in driving businesses, preferably within the agriculture or similar sector.
• Financial Capability– Ability to infuse funds into the business with a commitment to the security of the invested amount.
• Leadership Skills- Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
• Strategic Thinking- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach.
• Agriculture Knowledge- Deep understanding of the agriculture domain and the challenges faced by farmers.
