Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating with the concerned reporting managers to understand the skill requirements and creating a clear recruitment strategy to identify and recruit the right talent.
Extensive search of candidate profiles through (Job Portals, consultancies, social media and various professional platforms)
Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates
Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy
Sourcing and building relationships with external job channels that may help us with our hiring needs.
End to end Recruitment Process – from Sourcing candidates to Onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
3- 4 years IT or Tech recruitment experience
Must have good understanding of all technologies and technical skills,Preferably who have worked for Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Software Tester,Product Manager, Product Designer roles etc.
Proficiency in handling recruitment databases,
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in bulk hiring.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Time management and listening skills.
Experience working with MS Office or Google Suite.
Compensation: INR 4 – 6 LPA + Additional Incentives
