As a key member of our finance operation team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations related to lending activities. Your expertise in lending operations and financial management will contribute to the success and growth of our lending business.

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise

1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the payment products, including with payouts, withdrawals, repayments, refunds/reversals.

2. Creation of SOPs specific to payment product’s process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Manage operations activities related to payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in resolution and integrity of financial data without loss.

4. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal or external stakeholders.

Problem Solving

1. Monitoring and closing payment related escalations of all related products.

2. Provide guidance and support to payment operations staff, ensuring proper training, performance management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

4. Improvement in process/steps if any issues are there with internal or external help.

5. Highlight and resolve payment issues through operational initiatives to provide exceptional customer experience.

Interaction:

• 1. Coordinate with internal and external partners, banks and NBFCs, to maintain strong relationships and stay abreast of industry developments.
