Functional Expertise

1. Should have a strong understanding of how health insurance works. Knowledge of any other insurance is a plus

2. Should have a good understanding of how regulations work so we know what we can build and what we can’t

3. Simplify insurance for end users – Your product copy should be able to crunch 20 page policy wordings that nobody

reads into a 1 page crisp document that has everything a customer needs to know

4. Willing to test every aspect of the product that you ship – Front end, APIs, messaging

5. Champion processes so that the time taken from payment to issuance of a policy is free of delays and claim support is a breeze.

Qualification & Experience

-BE/B.Tech or equivalent Degree. MBA is good to have

-3+ years of PM experience with hands on experience in health insurance

-Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance policy features and regulations

Skills & Know-how

-Should have built out at least 1 insurance product that has scaled well

-Should have past experience in conducting user research and building products basis learnings

-Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies

-Hands on with leading tools like Mixpanel, Typeform, Webengage
