Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to independently manage the office and correspond with the employees and within the Company.
EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP SKILLS Most important requirement.
Should have a working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Good command over english
Internal and external communication related to MD’s office.
Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. Organizing internal and external meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be female, married, preferably with kids.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Should be good in Telecommunications- Should have very good communication skills.
Should be living close to the job location – less than 30 mins.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving. skills.
Good oral and written skills, Having a good experience in Secretarial activities.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
