Position: Senior Accounts Executive /Accounts Executive

Location: Madurai

Age: below 40yrs

Salary: Based On your Previous CTC and Performance (Salay Negotiable)

Job Summary:

· Accounts Receivable & Payable, Prepare monthly bank reconciliations & account the statement, Preparing Master Report of Finance on a Weekly & Monthly Basis.

· Perform general accounting and other related duties in the daily administration of the accounting department.

· Responsible for updating collection report summaries.

· Timely preparation of Profit & Loss statements & other MIS reports.

· Reconcile department accounts monthly and prepares reports to present to the management.

· Must have excellent knowledge of Tally ERP.

· Must have good knowledge of GST, and TDS

Skills:

· Good communication skills

· Accounting Knowledge, Software Knowledge

· Analytical, Mathematical, and reasoning skills

· Ability to prepare budgets

· Ability to prepare Financial documents independently
