We are looking to hire freshers and experienced candidates for the role of Inbound Customer Support Executives for one of our large BPO client.

Location: Kovilambakkam, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interaction

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Graduation
• Should be fluent in English and Tamil
