Position: Regional Training Manager

Location: Noida

Required Education and Experience: Any Graduation/Post Graduation with 10-12 years of experience in Retail Training.

Preferred: Candidates from Retail Industries are preferred.

Personal Attributes: 1. Excellent communication skills.

Job Role:

1. Induction and orientation for new hire employees in the region.

2. NHT 30 days post-handover score improvement

3. Conduct a Bottom 10% refresher and monitor performance.

4. Conduct refresher training in the respective stores.

5. Preparing and consolidating store training MIS.

6. Monitor picker efficiency score.

7. Monitor delivery performance score.

8. Support in NPRO (New process roll out) in the region.

9. Score 90 % and above in the process knowledge test in each quarter.

10. Support in the initiative to enhance business requirements.

11. Score 90 % and above in quarterly training audits.

Personal Attributes:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Willing to travel across the region.

3. Having good Knowledge of MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,400,000.00 per year
