Job Description

JAVA Full Stack developer trainer

• Strong knowledge of Core Java 8.0, Advanced Java, Springs, Hibernate, Spring boot, Log4J Maven, Testing, SQL(Postgres).
• Tools(Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Dbeaver, Tortoise SVN, SVN, and GIT), SDLC
• HTML,CSS,SCSS & SASS, Javascript, Bootstrap, JQuery
• Angular, ReactJS, WebService, ,NodeJS, Express JS
• Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB

Responsibilities:

• Develop a training plan with management.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Oversee and direct Bootcamps, seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
• Plan and implement an effective training methodology with a defined curriculum
• Supervise training budgets.
• Develop training materials such as summaries, videos, and presentations

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in Full SDLC lifecycle in complex projects with an eye for best coding practices, setups, and technologies
• Impressive communication, presentation & public speaking skills with Proficiency in English & Telugu communication is a must.
• NO shy for facing the camera
• Good problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a teaching position.
• Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques and flexible to adopt new training techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
