Post: Team Member/ Senior Team Member (Warranty claims)

Location: Pune

Requisites:

· Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

· Automobile & Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge of Dealer Management System/ CRM/Siebel/Other Automotive dealer management system or portal or module.

· Knowledge of the automotive & Automobile industry (Essential)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members

· Ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities:

· Process warranty claims in accordance with the guidelines

· Assist warranty team members for process related queries.

· File warranty documentation and maintain records as necessary

· Assist in SOX control documentation

· Respond to queries from dealers

· Analyse data with focus on reducing warranty expense.

· Provide service as per agreed SLA defined for the team

· Meet performance standards as per agreed KPI for the team

· Adhere to quality assurance guide and maintain high levels of quality while delivering services to respective agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
