The role of the production supervisor is very challenging and involves direct management of the operations and production in Factory. He is responsible for managing staff and meeting specific production goals set forth by the upper management staff. He must be able to communicate directions well and be analytically skilled enough to track and improve processes in the production environment.
Daily Planning and execute the production as per production schedule.
Ensure daily the materials are available to carry out the Production for the day.
Inspects Materials to verify conformance to the specifications
Read the Drawing and explain the Drawing to the Workers and plan the production accordingly.
Day to day process inspection as per QAP and maintaining the reports.
Check the Production Flow and ensure to reach the Target as per production plan.
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Handle day-to-day production issues by escalating to the seniors
Daily Planning and Daily Reporting to the Production Engineer.
Daily Report of technicians Targets with Achievement.
