Full Job Description
A sales manager is responsible for overseeing the success of a company’s sales department. Sales managers set goals, produce sales reports, complete monthly forecasting, track sales and create budgets for their departments. Some of their other primary responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training and providing professional development for a sales team
- Setting and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals for the team
- Generating reports to track sales and goals
- Evaluating sales practices and processes to see if they are having the desired impact
- Building relationships with clients and customers
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
