JD – Customer Support Executive – Birla Brainiacs, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

To make the idea of excellent customer service seem less nebulous and more attainable
To build trust, maintain long term relationships with the customers and operate as the point of contact
To conduct calls to existing customers and enquire about utilization of the product
To resolve the customers queries by providing correct product information via phone, email and WhatsApp
Act as a bridge between the tech team and customer queries, making sure of a quick resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Any Graduation along with Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Passionate about changing the way millions of children learn globally.
Super energetic and driven to spread better learning.
Interested in speaking to , counseling and guiding students.
Fluent communication in English & Hindi.
Relevant experience in Tele-calling, Customer Support, Sales & Marketing.
Strong convincing skills.
The selected candidate will look into – Instagram/ FB queries, whatsapp / calls queries, Hubspot and mails queries
Having Basic Technical knowledge.
Must Have Laptop and stable internet connection.
