Profile: Training- Manager Vertical: Retail HO Support Experience: At least two years of experience in training or broking industry. : xc2xb7 Stakeholder management xc2xb7 Recruiting and handholding team of trainers. xc2xb7 Outcome based training interventions for leaders, sales and service staff. xc2xb7 Handholding team to achieve new joinee productivity and manage attrition. xc2xb7 Training interventions to help under-performing staff come up the curve. xc2xb7 Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with business team to evaluate the knowledge parameters. xc2xb7 Conduct training need analysis and drive the training coverage and initiatives for all advisors Key Skills:
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
