Roles and Responsibilities
Down-Load the data from punching machine, processing and posting the data.
Handling of Time Office activity like payroll processing, preparation of salary sheet, attendance, leaves, extra time sheet etc. accountability for timely attendance and salary process within time.
Leave, OD and OT posting. Master creation/ updation in software.
Maintain attendance of all employees and responsible for Time Office activities.
Salary/wages disbursement whose salary mode in cash.
Maintain & Update employees personal files, ESIC, EPF, safety & health checkup records.
Ensure the statutory compliances & returns on time.
Look after the full life cycle of payroll, prepare inputs & salary checking and coordination with accounts dept. for timely disbursement.
Prepare MIS report of daily, monthly and annually attendance.
Post joining formalities like- document collection, reference check, police enquiry of new joiners.
Coordinate in recruitment of off roll labour for the company.
Conduct written test and interview of shortlisted candidates.
Attending to employee Grievances and reply the workers query related Extra Time & any other issue.
Responsible for conduction of Co-ordination meeting
Coordinating with accounts for Annual Appraisals. Issuing Appraisal letters to all department and follow up and prepare final summary of performance evaluation.
Well versed with SAP Implementation and working on Attendance and payroll module.
Handling of Time Office activity like payroll processing, preparation of salary, attendance, leaves, extra time and deduction sheet etc. accountability for timely attendance and salary process within time.
Generate shift schedule, Full Attendance & Leave Calendar and implement the same.
Posting of Leaves, Compensatory Offs, Tour and manual attendance through ERP.
Preparation/Maintenance & records of Employees master for existing / new employees.
Efficient use of software, update by training & implementations of changes as suggested by system software engineer/ Time Office Manager.
Issuance and retrieval of Identity card
Preparation of yearly statements Leave encashment as per defined schedule Salary & wages preparation of all staff.
Maintaining statuary compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc.).
Induction program for new joinees and arrange essential training programs.
Exit formalities and coordinate with ex-employee for his / her F&F documentation.
Prepare F&F file and process his /her Full and Final settlement and handover / dispatch the F&F cheque at the earliest
Attending to employee Grievances and reply the workers query related Extra Time & any other issue.
Responsible for conduction of Co-ordination meeting
Responsible for Health checkup of all employees as per company policy.
Responsible for distribution of Birthday card as per company policy.
