• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend and implement necessary changes to improve site performance.
• Create and manage link-building campaigns to increase the site’s authority and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all content creation.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may negatively impact SEO performance.
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce SEO and understanding of online sales funnels.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of paid search (PPC) campaigns and integration with SEO strategies.
• Understanding of social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
