Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer located in Varanasi. The Senior Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with fleet owners and ensuring their satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, resolving issues, providing guidance, and maintaining regular communication to ensure a seamless experience for the customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in customer service or relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Sound knowledge of the trucking industry and market trends
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
