Serves Visitors By Greeting, Welcoming, and Directing Them Appropriately. Notifies Company Personnel of Visitor Security and Telecommunications System.

Greet seafarers, clients & visitors with a positive helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, & collecting budges as necessary & maintaining visitors logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, & making travel plans.
Preparing meetings.
Answering phones in the professional manner, & receiving calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Sorting & distributing mail.
Promote excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointment.
