Responsibilities:

• Will be the face of product-tech to the warehouse operations team
• Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate production issues raised by the operations team
• Product Launch
• Develop and implement SOPs and provide training materials
• Coordinate new feature/product launches and ensure smooth pilot execution
• Feature scaling, ROI estimation/KPI performance, Feedback gathering
• Assist in maintaining product documentation and roadmaps
• Support product teams with data analysis and reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, Data analysis, Excel
• Plus point if know any frontend Dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
