Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6-Months Contract

About the role

The Talent Acquisition will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent who can join us in shaping the quick-commerce industry. We are currently seeking a proactive, highly motivated and organized HR/Recruiter to join our team. This will provide an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced business environment.

What you will do

• Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and culture fit for open technical positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities.
• Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interactions and feedback in our recruitment database.

What you need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
