Responsibilities
Lead strategy and development of all things creative & ensure consistent brand across channels.
Manage a team of designers, writers, editors, etc to produce creative solutions to address our marketing, product, sales & other department needs.
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences for target audiences.
Requirements
12+ years experience in working at a digital brand – fashion experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of what works on digital, and experience creating multiple formats for consumption.
Should have in-depth knowledge of creative principals including graphic design, typography, composition, scale, colour theory, visual merchandising, packaging, etc.
You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production.
Entrepreneurial skills to run planning and execution from end to end.
Previous leadership experience managing large creative teams.
Previous start-up/high growth company experience is highly preferred.
