Job Description
Knowledge of all office automation tools – Word, Excel, PPT
Knowledge of office equipment – projectors, desktops, laptops, air-conditioning systems, pest control systems, bio-metric systems, telephone systems
Good communication skills – oral and written
Knowledge of a clean and hygienic office environment
Coordination skills with vendors and government officials,. consultants
Preparation of Purchase Orders and tracking them to delivery, acceptance, payment and support
Preparation of support contracts and monitoring the same
All bank work and reconciliation of accounts relating to admin/purchase
Handling travel arrangements including flights, accommodation etc
Knowledge of VISA procedures of prominent countries
Handling office transportation and get together needs including food, venue etc
