Understand Aptean’s people priorities and connect with leaders in the organization to help them achieve their objectives. Provide strategic input into the training strategy based on business needs.
- Design virtual and classroom training sessions, reinforcements and OD solutions that are aligned with the global business strategy and incorporate local requirements.
- Deliver powerful training sessions by convincing rather than persuading participants of the need to adjust a mindset or behavior. Positively connect with audience while staying true to your content.
- Measure the impact of trainings and implement improvements. Proactively provide feedback to the business leaders.
