Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and design creative visual representations as per the idea.
He/She should have following qualities (expectations from the employee)

• Must have knowledge of current softwares like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. (generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily, e.g. original text photos, videos, and news).
• He/She should be able to create designs using illustratiosn, photo, video editing and layout software.
• He/she will be responsible for executing social media campaigns, focusing on all social media channels.
• The job entails executing social marketing campaigns that drive interactions and generate leads for clients.
• Build creative strategies and proposals for implementing effective Social media campaigns through all social media channels.
• Build & Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
• Conceptualise & execute Ad campaigns for Social Media platforms, Google Adwords, & other digital platforms as per requirements.
• Select colors, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including videos, advertisements, and social media posts
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback received
• Should have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Review designs for errors before they are printed or published
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Fluency in English and Hindi
• Is highly adaptable and comfortable with change

Hands-on experience will be an added advantage.Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience preferred.Make sure that your graphic designing work is reflected in your resume.
