Job Description
Who are we looking for?
Due to the consistent headcount growth, we are seeking a highly organised and logically-minded individual to facilitate the smooth running of our offices, as well supporting the Global Operations Team in our other locations.
The role will involve the application of practical skills in organisation, office management and operations; and will report directly to our Operations Manager in India, who will provide you with training, guidance and support in order for you to take responsibility and ownership of your projects.
Location: This role is 100% based out of office in Gurugram.
This will include, but not limited to:
Operational and Business support for BlueOptima’s offices globally, with a main focus in India
Organise Team Events & Socials, and contribute to our Annual Company Meet-Ups to maintain and develop employee cohesion
Robust research and gathering of critical information
Processing and maintaining reports to contribute to international projects.
Be numerically minded to contribute to the successful day-to-day management of the office
Coordinating, booking and recording travel and accommodation for internal corporate travel
Working with the team to assist with a variety of tasks, must be able to switch gears according to shifting priorities.
Future projects you will be working on:
Organising our Annual Global Meet Up for 250 people
Preparing for office moves in 2 locations in India (Bengaluru and Gurugram.)
Qualifications
This role would be best suited to someone who has:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A solutions-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a high attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Excel
A motivation and drive to proactively take on new challenges in order to learn new skills and take on multiple responsibilities
Desirable:
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
A Bachelor’s degree
