Job Description- Customer Service
The Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
- Providing resolution to customers’ complaints & grievances
- Maintaining the AHT for the process
- No target.
Candidate should have the following:
Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage.
Experience: Undergraduate / Graduate. Fresher are required

Job Type: Permanent
Location: F1, Noida sector 6, nearby Noida authority
Shift Timing : Rotational (Day and Night). Night shift is for male only.
Designation: Manager-voice process

- Roaster Off will be there. (No fixed off)
- No MTI Issue.
- Comfortable with 6 days working
- 24*7 profile (comfortable in working on govt holidays if roaster off his not there)
