We are currently looking for a Consultant with a background in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions to join our Professional Services team. 

This role is about being the customer’s advisor and championing best practice in both backend and frontend development of Board toolkit applications. You’ll work alongside customers to architect multi-dimensional data models, create templates and actionable reports, dashboards, budgets as well as other BI and CPM applications. 

Main duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and engineer implementation of the BOARD BI and CPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery 

• Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs 

• Assist the Board Pre-sales Team during the preparation of a Proof of Concept (POC) and product demonstrations 

• Be receptive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns  

• Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills 

   

Essential requirements:

• Educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or any relevant field 

• 2+ years’ experience in BI and CPM/EPM Project Implementations 

• Experience with multi-dimensional systems (eg: Oracle ESSBASE, HYPERION Planning, SAP BPC, etc.) 

• Basic knowledge of Economics (if this is not the field of your degree)  

• Able to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail 

• Availability to travel, mainly domestically

• PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, PMP will be considered a plus
