Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.About Position / Position SummaryBoeing India Integrated Solution Platforms team, which leads digital transformation of Boeing through continuous delivery of cost optimized common services and innovative technology products is looking for an Experienced Lead Product Specialist at Bangalore, India to lead our Customer Engineering Team. This team constantly uses modern tools and technology along with SAFe methodology to develop integrations and products. Also, this role leads strategic direction, provide solutions and drives business value to keep Boeing and its partners connected in the most innovative, efficient and effective way.We are looking for a passionate individual to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical direction for the Software Development and engage in product/integrations development for seamless connections between systems and thrive in a dynamic environment.This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.Position Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and support design through delivery of robust solutions.
• Work very closely with product manager, UX designer and/or architect and collaborate within agile teams to drive user story/tasks creation along with design and development activities.
• Leverage current tech-stack experience with knowledge and understanding of go-forward platforms and technologies to execute on the architecture runway – develop and maintain applications that solve critical requirements for Customer Engineering and propel us into modernized solutions that maximize value.
• Automation using DevSecOps and other available tools to expedite the product development achieving First Time Quality.
• Utilize Cloud Service Provider (CSP) expertise to optimize our strategy of cloud-based integrations leveraging the power of Azure to deploy and manage integrations efficiently.
• Keep an eye on emerging trends and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Work with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners, across different cultures and time-zones.
• Foster an environment of growth by mentoring team members and encouraging innovation.

• Hands on knowledge in designing and developing full stack modules/components using latest tools & technology frameworks like .Net and related technologies.
• Experience acting in Agile leadership roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer
• Demonstrated knowledge of systems and processes in large and complex business environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the organization
• experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

• Ability to instruct others in continuous improvement tools and Lean principles
• Manage and facilitate continuous improvement efforts
• Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Visio and MS Project
• SAFe certifications and other relevant technical certifications are plus.
• Good hands-on expertise in one or more Cloud platforms – Azure (Preferred), AWS
• Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
