We have an opportunity at BookMyShow – India’s leading entertainment destination. Your role would predominantly be to interact with customers who reach out to us via calls, emails or chats and give them the best possible solution and experience one could hope for.

Your Profile:
1. Handling calls from customers
2. Resolving customer queries.
3. Providing customer satisfaction.

Your Checklist:
1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
2. Good customer service skills
3. Ready to work in rotational shifts (Day & Night Shifts) – No night shifts for female candidates
4. Ready to work on rotational week offs (Saturday and Sunday working)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
