Description

We are urgently hiring 10 Machine Operators with experience in any of the following machines:

Boring Machine Shaving Machine Radial Drilling Machine All Gear Lathe Machine Piling Machine Milling Machine

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in any of the above machines

Willing to work 12-hour shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Operate boring machines (horizontal, vertical, or ground boring) to enlarge or finish holes in metal components or for deep foundation work.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and boring specifications.

Set up workpieces, tools, and machine settings accurately before starting operations.

Align machine and workpiece properly using levels, indicators, and measuring tools.

Monitor the boring process to ensure precision, surface finish, and proper cutting conditions.

Measure and inspect final dimensions using calipers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.

Perform routine maintenance, such as oiling, cleaning, and checking tool wear.

Maintain records of daily production, tool changes, and any machine issues.

Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (safety helmet, gloves, shoes, etc.).

Communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members regarding job status and issues.
