Creative Director Job Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to ensure that all deliveries match up to the quality standards set by the clients.
• Work with Pipeline team, HOD’s and Teams to Create and implement tailored plans based on individual client requirements.
• Work closely with the Senior Management Team and the showrunners to provide a creative solution and resolve any creative issues.
• Work with the Marketing and branding team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate Creative trends, assess and keep up-to-date with the latest creative techniques.
• Assist Internal and external clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for the studio Test and Pilots. Work closely with Clients and HOD’s and establish a new show.
• Conduct Brainstorming meetings and creative sessions, Work with HODs to Create Training programs for the Studio.
• Conduct Meetings and Supervise the department’s workflow along with Producers and HOD’s, Work Closely with Art Directors. Ensure assigned project workload is balanced and Creative expectations are met for the clients in the scheduled time and budget.
• Lead the Creative team by example and be the Conduit and develop exceptional relations between internal and external clients that meet all creative Demands/requirements.
• Work Closely with HR on Hiring and Training Programmes.
