Job Description:

• Training Program General Administration Support & Coordination activities
• Keeping record of training attendance and learners feedback
• Supplying training stationary on need basis
• Storing of HW and training materials
• Coordinate in facilitating the new hires joining the academy
• Planning meetings within the academy
• Maintaining the documentation part
• Book travel arrangements (for internal travel)
• Arrangement of Tea, Coffee & Biscuits every day during morning & afternoon session
• Raising PR, coordination and general arrangement of any HiTea/ Dinner/ other special arrangement for our Academy purpose

• Required Skills
• Good Communication in English
• Good Logical Skills (to take decisions on given data, options, and constraints)
• Good comprehending capability
• Systematic working technique
• Good Emotional Intelligence (How does he react in adverse situation with Trainers, Vendors, Internal Customers)
• Respect to his/her values and corporate values
• Responsible and reliable person
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Basic graduation in any discipline

Additional Information

1 to 3 years of experience in training management end to end, preferable with experience in training programs
