Job Description

Mandatory Competencies

• Excellent C/C++ programming skills
• Hands on experience in CAN Protocol
• Strong knowledge in communication protocols. e.g., UDS ISO 14229
• Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Concept, Design Development and Testing
• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills

• Hands on experience in Customer specific diagnostic tools
• Experience in Autosar development environment
• Experience in using software tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CAN TATA or similar tools
• Awareness of Hardware, Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
• Experience in vehicle functions
• Experience in the usage of testing-tools like Labcar, debugger, simulator etc
• Good knowledge of ASPICE / CMMI quality standard
• Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS,

Clear Case etc)

• Experience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teams

Analysis customer’s requirements or spec proposal

Software design for customer project specification implementation

Interface between customer project, Platform and SW development group

Integration, test and delivery of diagnosis communication related software in customer project development diagnosis/net communication related software project development planning, coordination and release for series production

Follow company development and quality processes

Investigate for the issues or problem during the project development and after production.

Department task support / coordination

Qualifications

Master degree/Bachelor Degree, major in electronic, communication, computer science, electronic, automation or automobile engineering.

At least 2~3 year experience in Embedded software development.

Software designing experience in similar area of automobile industry/institute.

CAN communication skill is plus.

Knowledge about ISO14229 or 14230 is plus.

Expertise in UDS protocol

C design experience;

Electronic circuit knowledge;

Good documentation/report ability;

Good in MS Office software(word etc.).
