Job Description

• Mine & analyze data from databases and carry out predictive modelling to improve operational excellence.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Analyze and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures for AI Projects
• Designing, coding and testing features of IoT devices
• Designing platform solutions that are cloud-compatible and work with IoT applications
• Providing solutions to issues related to the connection of IOT devices on networks and platforms
• Work with stakeholders in the value stream to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive digital solutions.
• Maintain the entire IoT solution architecture starting at the individual device through connectivity, data collection and storage, cloud, middleware, and security.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in any discipline (preferably Mechatronics or Electronics) or B.Sc /M.Sc in Statistics, Mathematics
• Preference for Data Scientist Masters Program from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of experience in Automobile Manufacturing Industry with an experience on execution of the digital projects related to AI or under IoT etc.

Additional Information

• Proven experience in implementing AI projects
• Hands on coding knowledge on languages: C, C++, R, Python, Java
• Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
• Experience in querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, Oracle, MongoDB etc.
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL, etc.
• Experience in visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders: Power BI, Tableau, Power Point.
• Proven experience with ML, deep learning, neural nets, Tensorflow, NLP
