Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura – Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. Job Description

Ø On time ALR clearance by performing Electrical failure analysis and Q block release with counter measure

Ø Initial analysis preparation for line failures and circulating to CFT.

Ø Creation of QI notification for supplier complaints. Close looping till debit from supplier

Ø Initiating Problem-solving (A3 PSS) for repeated Process failures and Quality issues with close looping to Improve IDC

Ø Responsible for Analysis WIP, Quarantine area WIP parts clearance (Follow-up with concerned responsible for WIP Clearance, escalation and close looping).

Ø Analysis work instruction preparation and Associates training.

Ø 14Q principles adherence and monitoring in Shop floor

Ø LPC progress monitoring and adherence

Ø Response to the Q issues on priority.

Ø Support for EWS system adherence

Ø Involvement in the EWAK and ramp up products

Ø PCR/Concession co ordination

Ø IDC reduction Weekly review meeting with Process owner

Ø Maintain & improve 5S in responsible area.
