Job Description

1) Responsible for Quality assurance activities in projects by facilitating effective process / tools implementation, Securing LL/BP and ensure delivered quality in compliance with ISO /TS (IATF16949) , standards and QMS in the area of mechanical engineering services and product development

2) Responsible for Defect analysis and prevention activities in projects

3) Responsible for checking the effective implementation of the processes in the project and reporting status of implementation to relevant stakeholders

4) Responsible Quantitatively analyzing relevance and implementing improvements across the projects assigned based on the customer feedback, Industry best practices and Industry trends

5) Responsible for identification of Root Causes and its effectiveness measurement using problem solving techniques like 5 why , 3X5Why, Fish bone and 8D methods

6) Support projects during external audits and certifications for successful certification and re-certifications(ISO, ASPICE, NABL, CMMi)

7) Support management in making decision WRT to quality improvement actions using quantities data

8) Support central Quality team / process definition in implementing the organizational level activities

Qualifications

1) Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Production

2) Rich working experience in implementing processes for Mechanical engineering services and Product development

3) IATF 16949 internal auditor / ASPICE (Provisional Assessor) / CMMi L5

4) Experience in Agile practices

5) Experience in New product development as Quality person

Additional Information

1) Should possess excellent communication skills and good attitude

3) Experience Automobile experience is added advantage

4) Experience in German language skills is added advantage

5) Working experience in a full scale development industry would be added advantage
