Job Description
Provide support to the Vice President(Electrification Engineering) on the ramp-up activity and new team development.
Offers support to the Manager and team members to handle administrative topics.
Provide support by updating work agendas, establishing meetings, setting up conference calls.
Observing best business practices and etiquette
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
Liaising with internal departments
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and keeping track of open points
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and making needed arrangements
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
Making travel arrangements and manage delegation/senior management visits
Qualifications
Language: English.
University degree.
Experience / Understand Shared Services environment / models.
Pragmatic, organized and meticulous.
Proactive, positive and flexible attitude.
Open minded and solution-oriented.
Able to work independently in diversified and multicultural team.
Able to lead, coach and support management on specific topics / projects.
Expert in MS Office (incl. sound power point skills).
Strong communication skills.
