Ø Creating projects in MF ALM using site administration.

Ø Updating project workflows using VB Script.

Ø Adding/Removing users from Site Administration

Ø Adding/Removing security roles for users.

Ø Experience supporting IT tools for Windows applications.

Ø Hands-on administration experience with any of the mentioned versions HP Quality Center 10, HP ALM 11.5 and HP ALM 12.5.

Ø Hands-on experience administrating HP QTP 10 and HP UFT 12 and above.

Ø Hands-on experience administrating HP Load Runner or connection establishments.

Ø Managing and modifying HP QC/ALM workflow.

Ø Working knowledge with Oracle SQL.

Should possess excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to articulate and communicate concisely

Nice to Have

Ø Working experience writing either JAVA or .NET code.

Ø Working knowledge on Octane, basically on user creation, project creation

Ø Experience upgrading from one version to another.

Ø Experience in installation ALM, UFT, and Load Runner/PC patches and upgrades.

Ø Experience in working directly with vendor to troubleshoot and problem solve system issues.

Ø Experience in creating standard and custom reports.

Ø Must have played a collaborative role and should be willing to work together with the team.
