Job Description

Handling & Management of end-to-end Physical Verification of Assets process as per company guideline.Ensuring timely verification of assets and implementation of Initiating Self Audit (Perpetual Audit) and Aided Audit (Physical Verification of Assets through third party Service provider) Developing and Implementing Standard Operating Procedure for Physical Verification of Assets. Reconciliation and mapping of Physically verified Assets with Fixed Assets Register (FAR) and Statutory register (Bond Register maintained as per STPI, SEZ and Customs norms) report deviations.Reporting of unfound Assets. Maintain Asset Compliance Records in Asset Management ToolTo be proficient be in RFID based Track and Trace of Assets or equivalent.Responsible for internal and external audits pertaining to Physical Verification of Assets.Analysis that leads to Identification, classification of assets as per different values such as Department/Location.Will be Responsible for –

Single Point of Contact for requirement specification for Asset Management Tool.

Designing Code for Asset Identification for uniqueness & traceability purpose

Designing and Tagging assets allocate & print Label (RFID, QR Code, Bar code,) for each asset at the right place.

Scan/Read all asset labels to collect asset description, live location status using RFID scanner/reader.

Verify & Validate hardware, peripherals, consumable, for Asset Management Tool operation.

Update Asset details tagging Asset Labels to newly acquired/returned/issued/audited/retired assets.

Capture assets data while conducting physical verification and tagging & Prepare various asset Management report.

Hands of experience of desktop software such as MS Excel, MS Word (MS Office Suite 2007 onwards).
