WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Designer in the Design Studios team, you will be part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and create high quality compelling creative work. You will work with our consulting teams, design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts and engaging stories to achieve their vision and to leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.

You’ll participate in creative briefs that capture the business challenge and have the ability to conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning, present creative concepts and discuss ideas to internal clients. Working on multiple creative projects at one time, you’ll drive the execution of creative projects confirming clients are satisfied with the quality of result.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Creating compelling holistic visual creative solutions including branding and logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, (interactive) presentations, storyboards, posters, data visualization, corporate communications, web banners, prototypes and consumer mock-ups, marketing and event material etc. for cases, proposals, workshops, and campaigns, meeting high expectations and BCG standards
• Having the ability to work on projects from creative brief to final deliverable, selecting and developing assets, and executing final production (therefore strong understanding of digital and print ready artwork preparation; bleeds, and related color and image operations)
• Having a sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends, as well as selecting photography, develop icons and graphics, and coordinate final print production
• Pitching creative concepts, mock ups and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clients
• Translating business language, processes and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation with business acumen
• Drawing skills with an attention to detail by hand and digital sketching software like Illustrator and Photoshop
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Graphic Design/Fine Arts or related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in a Professional services environment/ Design start-ups/ Design Agencies
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Presentation Design (interactive PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.). Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects Sketch/InVision Studio, Verint, and Arcmap knowledge are a plus. Free-hand illustrations and/or digital drawings are also valuable.
• Strong knowledge of visual design, visual theory (i.e. composition, color theory, typography, etc.), a sharp eye for layout design and high affinity to latest design trends.
• A strong portfolio
• Excellent English
