WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Developer in the Design Studios team, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and project leads to program and build complex user interfaces, navigations and experiential user journeys across various digital mediums. You will predominately work on frontend and backend coding which will further facilitate the development of websites, PWAs, microsites, e-commerce sites, Data visualization charts and convert them into online working platforms. You will further learn and contribute towards rendering content into seamless and positive digital experiences across various digital mediums ensuring the online experience meets the standards and objectives as stated in creative brief. You will conduct ideation and brainstorming sessions to capture the business challenges and solve problems. You will work closely with creatives from all verticals (Digital and Design) as well with the consulting teams to an agreed brief in compliance with BCG standards.

· Basic understanding of visual storytelling, the power of content, animation, motion/interaction design, HCI and user behavior in the digital space

· Understanding, executing and bringing to life the look & feel and experiential creative vision and design ideas

· Expertise with front-end languages, frameworks, and technologies:

o JavaScript

o

o Angular

o jQuery

o Typescript

· Implementing UI designs that are pixel prefect including using CSS, HTML5, and responsive JavaScript UI’s

· Rendering web user interfaces into meaningful experiences and ability to work with minimal guidance along with the understanding of best practices, influencing factors to elevate the overall value of digital user experience design

· Coding, rendering designs, colours and visual elements true to the design briefs

· Basic understanding of back end languages, frameworks, and technologies:

o

o Python (Django, Flask)

o Google firebase

o Java

o SQL

o NoSQL

o .Net core

· Coding interactive snippets that can seamlessly plug into websites, and microsites

· Integrating RESTful web services, multimedia, plugins, API’s, plugins and extensions

· Finding and fixing front-end programming bugs and glitches

· Support in providing rationale for programming decisions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor’s Degree Diploma in Software Engineering, web development or related field· 2-5 years of experience in a Professional services environment/ Design start-ups/ Design Agencies.· Understanding of user experience· CSS pre-processing, version control/Git, ability to work and build web apps/browser tools on Firebase, or any such mediums· Experience with .Net, Backend DB and Cloud Technologies like AWS will be an added advantage. Ability to think outside the box, an appetite to explore new technology frame works to build solutions will be an added advantage.· Excellent communication skills
