WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an EP&P Data Insights Manager you will work with the Enterprise Procurement & Payables (EP&P) team across the globe to provide analytical and functional reporting, across several topics. You will support the EP&P transformation to ensure that the team have robust, accurate and insightful data.
Working across different teams, topics and data sets you will ensure that data is well understood, mapped and cleaned to develop new reports to support the transformation, demonstrate value and enable data driven decision making. Partnering with the team you will provide insights into the data to better understand trends and root causes.
You will support teams directly in preparing key stakeholder reports and analysis on an adhoc and regular basis to communicate key metrics clearly and consistently to a senior audience.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Collecting and analyzing data related, but not limited to spend, supplier performance, market trends.
• Working independently using your knowledge and expertise to solve problems, while seeking guidance and assistance at relevant points from the team
• Being extremely proactive, anticipating the needs of your team members
• Managing a variety of projects, reporting on progress and success throughout the projects.
• Working effectively while maintaining a flexible approach to priorities & constraints
• Building relationships with a range of stakeholders and using these to successfully deliver your priorities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• BA/BSc degree in relevant field
• A knowledge of procurement and sourcing, preferably with 18-24 months’ work experience in a related position
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to work with large data sets in Excel (essential), Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI (desirable), drawing insights from the results to inform decision making.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to formulate clear and concise communications orally and written (including PowerPoint)
• Ability to collaborate, plan, and organize with and through people to gather information across the organization.
• Treats all others with respect; generates trust while performing with highest integrity in keeping with BCG’s values and culture.
