Education Qualification:

• Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years working for US/India leadership team
• Strong communications skill (written as well as verbal)
• Working hours 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
• Person would report to COO and work parallelly for both CEO & COO

Job Details:

• Attend Calls with CEO/COO as per their request.
• To be able to draft and conclude various meetings along with circulation of MOM to concern stake holders.
• To do necessary follow ups as per charted MOM and Keep track of Various pending activities and agenda
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO/COO and other team members or external colleagues while maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.
• To monitor meeting planner, calendars and various agenda points for close coordination and closure.
• Conduct preliminary or in-depth research on various topics and draft materials/presentations as needed. Assist in managing communication of the CEO/COO, including coordinating calendars, emails, and in person meetings.
• Maintain basic knowledge of day-to-day processes of teams/departments.
• Maintain a high-level of understanding and confidentiality of different information between different departments, other executives, and the CEO/COO
• Possesses a positive “get the job done” attitude and remains flexible in our ever-changing environment.
• Willing to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours. Monday to Friday
• Develop/edit Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents along with emails and proof and edit documents/draft emails.

Desired Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
