Brad consulting Hiring for Billing and Collection at Hyderābād Full Time

• Responsible for timely creation of invoices in ERP system
• · Ensuring Approval of processing of invoices with accuracy as per PO / contract and GST requirements
• · Approval of accounting entries in ERP System
• · Manage the workflow for customer invoice approval and collections
• · Timely collection reminder to Customers
• · Ensure timely generation of invoices as per due date to vendor and timely cash flow analysis to Treasury team
• · Reconciliation of Bank, Customers and Other receivable related accounts
• · Audit confirmation on Debtors Ledgers
• · Continuously working on process improvement and Billing / collection function transformation
• · Creating a paperless environment with controls.
• · Dashboard for Billing / dispatches / Collection performance on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
• Monitoring team performance for billing and query resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
