Minimum 1 year of International voice process. (customer service (billing), basic technical & sales Preferred).
Clarity in thoughts process (Able to articulate his/her thoughts.
Ability to handle tough situation with customer.
Excellent communication skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Willingness to work in 24*7 environment ( Rotational shifts/ 5 Days a week.)
Work from office.
2 way cabs will be provided.
Location- Pune Hinjewadi.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month
