· Greets and interacts with customers.

· Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to the merchandise.

· Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.

· Answers customers’ questions about the merchandise.

· Assists customers with purchase decisions.

· Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and places special orders.

· Collects payment using the store point of sale system.

· Processes returns and exchanges.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
• Candidates must have presentable grooming and personality standards.
• Education Qualification – Minimum Graduation.
• Candidate from only Retail Background are eligible.
• Positions are open in Ambience Mall (Gurgaon) and Mall of India (Noida)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
