Role Description:

We’re looking for a detail-driven Brand Voice Assistant to support our content and marketing teams in creating a consistent and compelling voice across all communications. This full-time remote role will involve crafting microcopy, reviewing user-facing language, and ensuring consistency across web, app, and social media.

You will work closely with our Content Creation Manager, Crypto Travel Writer, and SEO Analyst to keep the CryptoXpress tone sharp, clear, and aligned with our mission — crypto made easy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines, tone rules, and editorial consistency across platforms.
• Refine copy across the website, app UI, emails, push notifications, and social media.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to audit and improve user-facing microcopy (CTAs, banners, modals).
• Support naming conventions for new features, campaigns, and content assets.
• Review third-party and internal content to ensure alignment with brand tone.
• Write short-form messaging for user flows, onboarding tips, and in-app campaigns.
• Suggest improvements to current content with clarity, brevity, and emotional resonance in mind.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in writing, copyediting, UX writing, or branding.
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and tone calibration.
• Familiarity with fintech or crypto language is a strong advantage.
• Experience with brand voice guides, tone matrices, or style guides.
• Ability to write for multiple channels and formats — app UI, social, long-form, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Bonus: Experience in content QA or linguistic auditing.
